Fingal County Council Municipal Art Collection

Fingal County Council boasts an impressive collection of contemporary artworks collected over a 15 year period. These works adorn our building or foyers, our offices and are symbols of Fingal County Council’s forward thinking and positive image projected to both staff and visitors. We call the collection our Public Art Collection. In 2008 we showcased a selection of works from our collection at a special exhibition at Farmleigh, Dublin 15. The show, titled Not in Alphabetical Order was accompanied by the first comprehensive catalogue of this collection. Artists include Mick Cullen, Patrick Scott, John Kindness, Alice Maher, Des Kenny, Brian Bourke, Felim Egan, Una Sealy, Christophe Neumann, Rebecca Peart, Bernie Masterson, Mary Rose O’Neill and many more. The council collects the work of the best local, national and international artists.
